Reiki is a Japanese healing and relaxation technique that promotes stress reduction and mind-body wellness through a soft-touch or "laying of the hands" approach. It helps balance the flow of 'ki' in an individual, which is their life-force or vitality. Reiki healing energy helps alleviate stress, pain, and other symptoms by removing blockages in one's energy while also harmonizing the mind-body relationship. When an individual is misaligned it makes them more susceptible to everyday disease and stresses, Reiki is an intuitively guided system designed to bring alignment and peace to the recipient.
Treatments typically last 45 minutes to an hour but any duration can yield positive results.
