EXHIBITOR FAQs
• Both days are predicted to be warm and sunny
• All Exhibitors are encouraged to sell their services and goods
• Exterior Table Exhibitors can bring their own tent/canopy
• Center area designated as Interior will have some tenting overhead
• Rooms with a Pool are two rooms; suite plus pool room
• Pools are 20 x 12 foot by 5 foot deep and are heated
• Exhibitors can request for beds to be removed from room for event
• Exhibitors can stay in room overnight; and request maid service
• Each room has a 2 person jacuzzi, marble shower, fireplace,
table/2 chairs, and mini refrigerator
• Each room has a full size single car garage connected by a door
• Exterior Table Exhibitors can bring their own
• Event advertising will include mainly tv, with supportive print,
web-based marketing and more
• We will constantly be updating the event information on our website
for our sponsors to encourage preregistration of services/demos
